The stay at Melrose House was enjoyable, highlighted by the large, clean rooms and a beautiful pool area perfect for relaxation after exploring. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to the town entrance of Pamukkale and offered an impressive and delicious breakfast spread. The staff were responsive via email and arranged for a smooth airport transfer.
Thin walls contributed to some noise disturbance.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The TV in my room was completely unusable, and I couldn't stand upright in the bathroom due to the sloping roof. I also faced a huge misunderstanding regarding transfers. I specifically reached out multiple times before my arrival but received no assistance, which left me stranded. The uphill walk to the travertines was exhausting, especially during the hot summer days, making my experience quite uncomfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this family-run gem! The local breakfast featured freshly sourced ingredients, including figs and olives, served directly to our table. Plus, the stunning views from our upstairs balcony room allowed us to soak in the beauty of the travertine terraces nearby.
100% recommend 😊❤️

well-designed swimming pool, unique dining experiences, location near the Pamukkale travertines
The lack of elevators can be a hassle if you're on an upper floor!!! Bathroom maintenance definitely needs attention, with outdated fixtures and some cleanliness oversights!!! Water pressure in the showers was inadequate at times!!!

Melrose House is a little gem in Pamukkale! The location is quiet, just a short walk from the main attractions like the travertine pools. My room was clean and surprisingly spacious, with a kettle that really helped after long days of exploring. The breakfast was delightful, with a nice variety of fresh Turkish dishes, and surprising cooked options that appeared during the meal! The staff were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to assist me with recommendations and even arranged my airport transfer without issues. However, be aware that there are no elevators, and my room was on the third floor, which could be a challenge for those with heavy luggage. Also, while the pool was very inviting, it felt a bit small during peak hours when sunbeds were scarce. Yet, I found it easy to relax after active days. Overall, it’s a wonderful base for enjoying Pamukkale.
